A Design Build Project receiving LEED Platinum status. 10 story with 3 levels of underground parking, steel and concrete construction. This project consisted of 202 Residential Units and ground floor commercial retail units. Our scope provided a 3000A 120/208V service, a 275 KVA emergency backup generator, Interlock Fire/Communication system. Additional to our electrical scope we provided variable frequency drives and a BMS system.
